WE ARE HIRING
Factory Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree or professional qualification in Manufacturing/Operation Management.
- Over 15 years of experience with 5 years independently managing a plant.
- In depth knowledge & experience in production management, sewing technology & people management in apparel industry. Expertise in pants and denim manufacturing for high end USA & European customers.
- Proven experience in implementation of Lean Manufacturing/TQM practices.
Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the factory General Manager and work with all operations teams to achieve the set Factory Goals and KPI's. Efficient production, planning and execution to achieve production volumes and on time delivery.
- Responsible for up skilling and maintaining a skilled workforce to meet the production standards.
- Collect and analyze production data and resolve production issues.
- Review and make decisions about capacity utilization, material & machineries.
- Ensure factory compliances are in order.
