We are looking for Associates/Executives

(Whistleblowing & Integrity Due Diligence)

The opportunity

To assist clients in operating whistleblower programs (i.e., hotline/email/post), conducting public records due diligence and screening of records produced by client's third parties.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ability to attentively listen to whistleblowers, clarify information to ensure a complete understanding of their concern and documenting such matters in a report.
  • Investigate and check the qualifications, history, and appropriateness of individuals or organizations, facilitating well-informed decisions in areas like hiring, business dealings, or security evaluations.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of the information.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Ability to speak Sinhala, Tamil and English fluently and possess strong English writing skills.
  • Flexibility to work on roster basis or in shifts is required (i.e., six-day workweek with 6 hours per day)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.) Can do attitude & quick learner.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Customer care or similar capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
