The leisure cluster of the David Pieris Group of Companies, David Pieris Leisure (Private) Limited is the managing company of Pearl Bay, Sri Lanka's only world-class water park, built and certified to European Health and Safety Standards and an FIA/CIK certified leisure and professional karting track in Bandaragama.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with experience and expertise in delivering an exceptional guest service and being a brand ambassador for our water park.

Responsibilities
- Provide a positive guest experience and ticketing services in a friendly yet professional manner.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure guest requests and complaints are addressed in a satisfactory manner.
- Create a safe and secure environment compliant with health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Manage cash operations by working with cash courier services and tallying daily income accordingly.
- Maintain and handle the main cash float, daily inventory and issuing of change for cashiers. Conduct sudden spot checks of cashier points to ensure professionalism is maintained.
Requirements
- A Diploma or professional qualification from a recognized institution with 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
- Sound knowledge in handling groups and VIP guests along with customer inquiries. Hands-on experience with online ticket booking system; experience in PMS or any other guest reservation system will be considered an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve problems and gain guest loyalty by exercising good judgment and independent decision-making while adhering to ethical standards aligned to company policies and regulations.
