Junior HR/Admin Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Activities: Oversee and manage administrative tasks for the entire company.
  • Stationery Management: Plan, procure, and maintain monthly stationery requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors for maintenance work.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls.
  • Premises Management: Coordinate with the premises management division to maintain office space.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain health and safety procedures.
  • Security Management: Ensure security procedures are followed and liaise with the security department.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and training initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Undergraduate or pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Desire to build a career in HR/Admin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure and eager to learn
