Less Taxi Pvt Ltd is a start-up company based in Dematagoda, specializing in providing a variety of services to foreigners, including taxi services, tours, activities, and hotel deals for both locals and foreigners.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and helping to grow our business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop relationships with existing customers and potential clients
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract new customers
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (time is flexible)
