EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
SALES (GOLD LOAN)
(Nawala / Kadawatha / Negombo / Kotahena / Hatton / Matale / Mawanella / Weligama)
THE PROFILE
- Assess Gold articles, identify fake and dud gold articles and disburse the Gold loan
- Initiate and execute all business development activities to promote different gold loan products and achieve set targets.
- Maintain quality portfolio of Gold loan/Pawning while focusing NPL controls.
- Consistent focus on controlling and processing all gold loan related documents.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 02 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Finance company or Bank.
- G.C.E Advanced Level.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Pleasant personality with public relations/customer Management skills.
- Good communication skills. Proficiency in Tamil and English would be an added advantage.
- Excellent team player with marketing skills to capture new customers.
- Ability to take responsibility of nominated branches on management requirements.
