PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Keells Food Products PLC, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is the country's market leader in processed meat products and has held this position for over three decades. Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the "Elephant House" and "Keells Krest" brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing daily production processes during the shift.
- Managing quality systems and other related documentation.
- Managing labour and production efficiencies. Ensure timely production confirmation and material reservation in SAP and maintain daily production reports.
Qualifications and Experiences
- B. Sc. in Food Science Technology/ or a similar qualification
- 1-2-year experience in FMCG industry
- Knowledge in MS Office including MS Word and MS Excel and SAP systems.
- Excellent skills in Negotiation and Team working.
- Maintaining minimum stock variances in production processes.
- Maintaining the operation of dry products.
