Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- System installation and user training (remotely and on-site)
- System Quality Assurance (QA)
- UI design
- Documentation
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Report, Visual Studio, Figma would be an added advantage
- Desire to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interns and school leavers are welcome
