SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE - FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries through analysis of account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account data.
- Recommends financial actions based on analysis of accounting options.
- Summarizes financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Substantiates transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff and answers their questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies through analysis of account information.
- Secures financial information by performing database backups.
- Ensures financial security by adhering to internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Answers questions about accounting procedures by researching policies and regulations.
- Complies with financial legal requirements by studying legislation and advising management.
- Prepares special financial reports by analysing account information and trends.
- Maintains confidentiality of financial information to protect operations.
Requirements
- Fully or Partly Qualified CA, CIMA or CMA.
- Possess Minimum 02 years of work experience in similar capacity.
- Has the ability to organize and prepare accurate and timely financial reports and conduct financial analysis to ensure effectiveness of the overall operations of the company.
- Below 30 years of Age.
