We are having our Chabad Centers in Colombo, Arugambay, Waligama and very soon we are going to open our new center at Ella

Job Description:

We are on the search for experienced and talented Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our Restaurant chain. These individuals will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation according to our Kosher Food preparing rules and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Kitchen operation including supervising staff
  • Maintain standards of the entire staff
  • Maintain a well-standard atmosphere in the Kitchen premises
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing duty roster, inventory management, cost-saving, and financial reporting etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar restaurant chain or Standard Hotels
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala, Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Age between 30 to 50 years
