Must speak excellent English Be able to follow instructions and the rules of the restaurant Any trainees applying must have already completed their 6 months training following NVQ LEVEL 3 in another kitchen before joining here Passionate about Service & Food Excellent discipline and a good positive attitude at all times towards learning and work is essential

- 2 YEARS HOT RANGE EXPERIENCE Able to work on your feet for prolonged periods
- Cook quickly and accurately producing high quality
- Full understanding of hygiene and allergens
- Highly organised fridges, stock rotation and ensure kitchen area is kept immaculately clean
- Understand European style cooking - mainly Italian and Spanish
