- Degree or any other professional qualification in HRM
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and ability to perform duties with minimum supervision
- Experience in Payroll/Time & Attendance process
- Sound knowledge in overall HR process/Labor Laws & Compliance required
- Age below 35 years
