Responsibilities:
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the interior trade, including current market rates and supplier/contractor relationships.
- Have an essential understanding of furniture, partitioning, and materials used in interior design and construction.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret detailed drawings.
- Conduct on-site observations, providing insightful recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Be willing to work independently, applying your own creative ideas to projects. Exhibit a strong team-oriented approach with a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Handling of ITC would be considered an added advantage, enhancing your capability to manage intricate project details.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years' of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Interior Field. Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of reading and interpreting drawings.
- Sound knowledge of the interior trade, market rates, and supplier/contractor bases. Experience with ITC handling would be an added advantage.
