Be able to follow detailed instructions and the rules of the restaurant
Event Management qualities & experiencing in working in and arranging high profile events MANAGE bookings from Whatsapp & through an online calendar
Train and manage Front of House Staff
Passionate & KNOWLEDGABLE about Service & Food
Trained in Food Allergens Excellent discipline and a good positive attitude at all times towards learning and work is essential Setting a good example to all staff Respect for all staff and be timely at work
