Vacancy for Operations Manager
The Center for Diabetes Endocrinology and Cardio Metabolism (Pvt) Ltd (CDEM) is a specialty center in Sri Lanka to deliver comprehensive care for Diabetes, Endocrinology, cardiac disease, metabolic disease and renal diseases under one roof.
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in business administration
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently & in a team
- Work experience in hospital sector, will be an added advantage
JOB ROLE
- Manage the overall operations of the center
- Lead the staff members to motivate & align the employees interests on achieving targets & Goals
- Coordinate the medical consultants
- Coordinating the CDEM lab chain for admin matters
- Supervise the channel assistant team
- Supervise the maintenance of the center
- Oversee the third party service providers
