Come join our team as a SENIOR EXCUTIVE / EXECUTIVE
What you need to do
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent stock outs and delays.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and shipments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle shipments independently.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management software and tools.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala with interpersonal and influencing skills. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
