Vacancy for the position of Commercial Officer

Personal Profile
- Good results in GCE A/L and Commerce or Maths streams are preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in handling import documentation.
- Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
- Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from superiors.
Job Profile
- Coordinate and facilitate import activities, including coordinating with banks, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Manage import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Compliance with trade laws and company policies.
- Managing stock levels, tracking inventory, and ensuring stock accuracy.
- Tracking financial transactions related to commercial activities.
- Prepare reports and data analysis on commercial activities.
