EXECUTIVE - FINANCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the financial operations of the company, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation, coordinate with consultants and auditors, and collaborate with the quality team to meet compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly gross profit reconciliation.
- Prepare VAT, SVAT, WHT, stamp duty, and SSCL payments and returns.
- Address taxation issues whilst coordinating with the operations team and liaise with government authorities for solutions.
- Review and update SOPs, investigate deviations and gaps from existing SOPs, and provide improvement suggestions to management to ensure continuous enhancement.
Other Requirements
- External degree and/or Part qualification from a reputed financial body.
- A minimum 2 year of work experience in similar capacity.
- Through knowledge in MS office packages (Excel).
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage. Age 25 - 30 Years.
