About Us:
- Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower.
- Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
Position: Business Development Executive
The Job Profile:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop customized strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Candidate's Profile:
- Higher National Diploma or NVQ Level 05 or similar qualification from a recognized university grant commission.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Marketing or Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Age below 45 years.
