Senior/ LEAD - HR (Employee Engagement Specialist)
Our client is a multinational Knowledge Process Outsourcing Company in Sri Lanka.
Position Based in (Hybrid)
- Colombo, Sri Lanka and Working from home
Key Requirements:
- A recognized Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar capacity (experience in KPO/BPO/multinational companies preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling or human resources from well-recognized university/institute
- Demonstrated business maturity and high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications (experience in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and as member of global team in multi-cultural team environment
