Customer Service - Key Account Manager - Trainee (Remote)

Imperial Edutech (Pvt) Ltd offers professional online courses that are recognised globally. Founded in 2016 in Sri Lanka, we work with Imperial Learning Ltd UK and international affiliates. We combine technology with education to change learning methods and improve society. We’re looking for a Customer Service - Key Account Manager - Trainee interested in developing skills to manage important client relationships and committed to providing excellent customer support.

Job Role:

  • Assisting in managing calls, emails, and chat communications with UK and international customers.
  • Helping senior account managers handle client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Initiating contact with potential and existing customers to share information on our courses and services.
  • Maintaining accurate client information and trackers.
  • Learning techniques to develop positive client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong command of English.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Comfortable handling tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Good team worker with willingness to learn.

Status of the job:

  • Work from Home
  • You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK. Your regular working hours are from 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm and during daylight saving time 12:30 pm to 09:30 pm on weekdays; we are off on weekends and UK bank holidays.
