Beach Sweeper
Crown & Champa Resorts is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Beach Sweeper to help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our resort’s beachfront. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, safe, and pristine environment for our guests, contributing to the exceptional experience and high standards our resort is known for.
Task and responsibilities
- Sweep and clean designated beach areas, walkways, and beachfront facilities
- Collect and properly dispose of litter, seaweed, and debris
- Maintain beach equipment and ensure cleanliness of loungers, umbrellas, and bins
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Uphold environmental and safety standards at all times
- Provide courteous assistance to guests when required
Qualifications & experience
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not required
