What We're Looking For: Spa Therapist cum Reception
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring that guests have a smooth, relaxing, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Proven experience in both spa therapy and reception duties.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- A calm and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and services is a plus.
