JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cluster Credit Controller to oversee the credit operations across multiple resort properties within our cluster. This role is responsible for ensuring effective credit management, minimizing financial risks, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable for all assigned properties within the cluster.
- Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Review and assess credit applications and set credit limits based on risk assessments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Prepare and present regular credit reports, aging analysis, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Sales, and Front Office teams to resolve billing issues.
- Ensure all documentation related to billing, credit, and collection is complete and accurate.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments and resolve disputes amicably.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit control or finance role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management/finance systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
