Learning and Development Manager
We are looking for a L&D Manager to join Soneva Fushi Resort
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality studies with certifications in Training - CHE, CHT from a recognized national / International institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a L&D Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership and management skills.
- Ability to adapt to the hospitality industry, handle multiple tasks, and manage training effectively.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies with a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience through employee training and development.
