WE ARE LOOKING FOR INTERNS
INTERN - IT SUPPORT
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Internal IT Support Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level technical support for EPIC applications, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems.
- Document IT processes and maintain records of resolved issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
- Basic understanding of Linux Operating System.
- Basic understanding of databases (eg: MySQL, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
