Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will report to the General Manager - Construction in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in construction management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that schedules and budgets are adhered to.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate daily activities to maintain safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Assist in resolving any issues that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members regarding project status.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategies and solutions.
