SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking passionate and dynamic professionals to be part of our growing team. As a SAiiLander, you will become an ambassador of our brand, creating memorable experiences for each of our guests.
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
(PREFERABLY LOCAL)
- Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in the same role at 5-star hotels/resorts
- Previous experience working with the Hilton brand would be an advantage
- Experience in managing and developing people
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, i.e. problem-solving and decision-making
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality. Naturally engaging with an eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Business acumen, guest PR skills and personal flair
- Proficient in Opera PMS
