Spa & Wellness Therapist
We are seeking passionate, skilled, and caring female Wellness Therapists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following areas: Spa Therapies, Reiki, Healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Traditional Ayurveda, Reflexology, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates, Holistic Movement, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, or other traditional healing therapies. Our therapists provide not only treatments but also a nurturing presence that encourages clients to embrace holistic health.
THE ROLE
- Conduct one-on-one sessions and group sessions using specialized knowledge and skills in your area of expertise.
- Create a serene and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Customize treatments based on client needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on additional wellness practices and benefits.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the therapy space.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and training in holistic wellness practices.
THE PROFILE
- Proven experience in any of the above-mentioned therapies or modalities.
- Relevant certification or proven training in specialized therapies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate and nurturing attitude.
- A commitment to personal wellness and continuous learning.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as needed.
