Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their logistics needs and providing tailored freight solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight operations is an advantage.
