Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their logistics needs and providing tailored freight solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry (not mandatory but preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and freight operations is an advantage.
