CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE - TAX
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our Tax Team. This role involves managing outbound sales calls, nurturing client relationships, generating leads, and providing crucial support for various tax-related tasks. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping the team achieve its revenue targets by onboarding new clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting tax return preparation processes.
Requirements to apply:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be preferable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales roles; experience in tax services or financial services is an advantage.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Sri Lankan Taxation.
If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:
- Manage client outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Promote bundled tax services and upsell existing services.
- Track and update leads, call outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Coordinate with the tax team to ensure smooth client handovers.
- Oversee VAT, APIT, IIT and CIT collection follow-ups.
- Monitor and enhance outreach strategies, including call scripts and campaign messaging.
- Track and report on call performance, lead conversions and campaign effectiveness.
