SENIOR FINANCE ASSOCIATE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FINANCE ASSOCIATE WITH OVER 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM. IF YOU HAVE STRONG BOOKKEEPING KNOWLEDGE, ANALYTICAL SKILLS, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Sound bookkeeping knowledge.
- Exposure to US payroll processes, QuickBooks Online, and Xero (an added advantage).
- Completed or currently pursuing a relevant degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in US time (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) and follow the US calendar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle clients' bookkeeping work.
- Prepare day-to-day financial reports.
- Liaise with CPAs and assist with financial documentation.
SHIFT:
NIGHT SHIFT (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
