TRANSPORT OFFICER
An officer with good experience is required to work in the Transport department of a major group company located in Wattala.
MAIN REQUIREMENT
- Ability to handle vehicle schedules as per company requirements.
- Experience in vehicle repair.
- Experience in vehicle-related insurance matters/obtaining revenue licenses etc.
- Having a good understanding of all aspects of vehicles.
- Experience in handling drivers.
- Work related to the Department of Motor Traffic.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Having passed GCE Advanced Level.
- Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel/Email).
- Ability to speak English and understand Tamil.
- Completion of an automobile course from a recognized institution is an additional qualification.
- At least five years of experience in the transport sector is required.
- Having a good understanding of road rules.
- Ability to work regardless of time limit when necessary (in case of technical faults in vehicles/traffic accidents).
- Must be an applicant from the Gampaha area.
