JOB ROLE

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
  • Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
  • Provide information about available games, amenities, zone, and venues and promote services.
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
  • Conduct daily tasks (e.g., Registering and giving membership numbers to guests).
  • Address customer complaints and refer them to Guest Relations Manager or Operation Manager when needed.
  • Record information in the logbook daily.
  • Introducing upcoming events and guide the audience through the entertainment.
  • Providing commentary for the audience during the anniversary, daily draws, tournaments and on other occasions.
  • Liaising with relevant departments to provide a superior service to our clients.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiently in Hindi, Chinese, or Arabic language will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good listener, teamwork skills, and the ability to adjust to situational changes.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Familiar with computer applications and writing skills.
  • This role may require working nights, weekends, or holidays.
