Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic HR operations across international projects.
- Develop and implement global HR policies and systems.
- Spearhead international talent acquisition, organizational development, and compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR with business goals across multiple regions.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in managing cross-border HR projects.
- Holds an MBA and a recognized HR qualification.
- Knowledge of international labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
