A group of companies dealing with CUCCIO INTERNATIONAL (USA). A brand of luxury Spa Products which is supplied to professional Beauty Salons in Sri Lanka.
We own a chain of Professional Nail Salons under our brand NAILSPA by CUCCIO and our salons are located at key locations, Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, Movenpick Hotel, ODELS – Colombo 7, One Galle Face Mall, Havelock CityMall , Colombo City Center and Austin House Aesthetic – Colombo 07.
We are looking for the right Candidate for the position of
HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 7 Salons
- Heading the HR department and overseeing the functions
- Recruitment processes
- Administrations of overall operations
- Handling Grievance’s of staff
- Responsible to Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
- Ensure records are kept of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Soft Skill Training programs for staff and organizing events.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience in a similar role / capacity
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle filtered customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- HRM degree or similar qualification
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Age above 30 years
