IXD Labs is on the lookout for a results-driven and energetic Sales Specialist to expand our vendor and business partner network for a digital product – an exclusive platform that connects users with curated experiences and lifestyle packages across Sri Lanka. What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound calls and reach out to potential partners (minimum of 40 per day).
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads.
  • Present the value proposition of our product to prospective vendors and partners.
  • Arrange meetings and close onboarding agreements with local businesses.
  • Deliver onboarding support and training to ensure a smooth vendor experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute partnership strategies.
  • Keep detailed records of leads, meetings, and partner feedback.

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Previous experience in the tech, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
