RESTAURANT VACANCIES

The Governor’s Grill & Pub operating in Kottawa, in need of well experienced staff to work in both the Kitchen and F&B departments. The candidates with experience in working in Restaurants will be given priority.

Kitchen Department

  • Commis I (Hot Kitchen)

    Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese and Western cuisine.

  • Commis II (Hot Kitchen)

    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese and Western cuisine, Bakery and dessert item knowledge will be an added advantage.

  • Commis III (Hot Kitchen)

    Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese and Western cuisine, Bakery and dessert item knowledge will be an added advantage.

F&B Department

  • Restaurant Captain

    Minimum of 8-10 years F&B experience working in Restaurant settings and ability to train F&B trainees will be given priority.

  • F&B Stewards

    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in working as a F&B Steward.
