Executive – Human Resources
We are looking for a self-motivated professional, who enjoys working in a challenging environment to join our team of professionals in the positions of HR Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the timely hiring of skilled professionals while maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Handling employee time attendance, assist the payroll and all other remuneration payments of the employees
- Work closely with the managers and employees assigned to industrial service units to improve work relationship, enhance productivity and employee retention
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks and maintain ethical HR practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, handling time attendance and general HR operation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour law and payroll related compliance.
- Age below 28
