Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing growth strategies to enhance our reach. This role involves negotiating agreements, collaborating with internal teams, and promoting our financial products to strengthen our position in the fin-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and establish partnerships with key market players, including telecommunication operators and large corporations.
- Conduct negotiations, finalize agreements, and manage partnership projects.
- Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement growth strategies.
- Promote the company's financial products, including P2P lending.
- Identify new partners in financial services, fin-tech, and micro-lending sectors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
- Experience with credit products, financial services, or fin-tech platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Sri Lankan market and existing connections with major companies are an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve business objectives.
- High-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
