Customer Service Executive

Job description
- Maintain a quick response rate for customer inquiries coming in via chat and phone calls.
- Processing and fulfilling online orders.
- Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners for seamless delivery operations.
- Support the team with admin tasks.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer customer support.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary package of between LKR 540,000 - 720,000 per annum.
- Meals provided.
