Customer Service Executive

Job description

  • Maintain a quick response rate for customer inquiries coming in via chat and phone calls.
  • Processing and fulfilling online orders.
  • Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners for seamless delivery operations.
  • Support the team with admin tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with direct-to-consumer customer support.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala.
  • Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
  • Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting salary package of between LKR 540,000 - 720,000 per annum.
