Join our Team as an Executive - Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented individual to join our team. As an Executive - Customer Service, you will play a vital role in delivering the best customer experience to our client base in line with our company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: in-person, phone, email, live chat, social media, etc.
  • Have effective communication with customers that results in building customer confidence
  • Collect and analyze feedback after completing customer inquiries
  • Attract and retain customers by answering questions and providing suggestions
  • Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Meet individual metrics for case volume, availability, and customer satisfaction
  • Work as an effective team member ensuring smooth interactions between the customer and CRM team

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in Customer Support
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at an Executive Level
  • Excellent knowledge in using Word processing & Spreadsheet tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English
