POSITION: ICT EXECUTIVE
PREREQUISITES:
- Good ICT knowledge backed by a degree / higher diploma in IT/IS or equivalent professional qualifications.
- 1-2 years’ experience in supporting Server and Desktop Hardware/ LAN / WAN / Operating Systems / Power and Telephone systems / application software / data security and ICT operations.
- Good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Preferably carry industry certifications.
- Good communication skills and a service mind set.
- Must be willing to work non-standard/ extended hours / shifts based on the customer’s business needs.
- Candidates who could take up employment within 2 weeks of selection will be at an advantage.
