Vacancy for TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining cash counting / ATM / CRM/ Cash Sorting and other banking products supplied by Aiken to ensure service level support is within the given time period and to minimize customer downtime.

Candidate must possess

  • NVQ Level 4 or any other similar related professional qualification in Electronics, Electrical or IT.
  • Working knowledge in Windows OS/Antivirus/MS Office tools and Networking would be an added advantage.
  • Age between 20-35 years with a positive attitude.

Attributes/Skills Required

  • Should be hard working, self motivated & result oriented team player.
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills with a structured process to analyze.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to travel with effective communication.
