Join PappaRich, a renowned name in Asian comfort food, as our Business Development Manager for the Park Street outlet located in Colombo 02.
Job Role
- Commit 45 hours a week to help grow our brand:
- Business Development
- Implement customer acquisition initiatives among the surrounding neighborhood (e.g. corporates and apartment tenants)
- Plan and execute outlet-focused marketing, promotions and events with the Marketing Team
- Relationship Management
- Improve relationships with customers via exceptional service, increase repeat visits and secure reservations
- Collect customer feedback for management discussion
- Operational Excellence
- Improve front-of-house (FOH) staff performance to elevate customer service and conduct regular staff training
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet
