Senior Butler
Location: Hatton/Agarapatana
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar capacity.
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality experiences, standards, and ensuring all client needs and expectations are met from arrival to departure.
- Provides customer care and all aspects of hospitality service that go above and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and one that encourages 5-star reviews.
- A focus on continuous improvement, through observing guest routines and requirements as well as property maintenance needs, and communicating this feedback to the head office as required.
- Leadership skills required to manage and train a junior team of butlers and coordinate between all villa team members.
- A calm and courteous demeanor with the skills required to respond to and overcome guest problems and complaints.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
