IT Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic IT Manager to oversee our technology operations, improve IT governance, and implement cutting-edge solutions to support business growth. The ideal candidate will lead the digital transformation drive, manage cybersecurity, and ensure system efficiency, aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business operations and growth.
- Oversee the management and security of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement of ERP and business-critical systems.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Lead and manage IT projects (including ERP transformation), system upgrades, cloud integration, and automation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Lead and mentor the IT team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in IT project management, system integration, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
