Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with SLFRS/IFRS.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and MIS reports when required.
- Assist in preparing CBSL regulatory reports and management reports.
- Support impairment calculations and provisioning.
- Provide support in tax computations and statutory filings.
- Assist in audit processes by providing financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Eligibility
- Part Qualification in CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SLFRS/IFRS, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
