HR EXECUTIVE
TALENT ACQUISITION & TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Handle job postings, internal referrals, and third-party recruitment channels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Assess training needs across departments and prepare annual training plans.
- Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and soft skills development sessions.
- Coordinate with training vendors and ensure quality delivery of training content.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, CIPM or equivalent.
- Four years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Training & Development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
