HR EXECUTIVE

TALENT ACQUISITION & TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Handle job postings, internal referrals, and third-party recruitment channels.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Assess training needs across departments and prepare annual training plans.
  • Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and soft skills development sessions.
  • Coordinate with training vendors and ensure quality delivery of training content.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, CIPM or equivalent.
  • Four years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Training & Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
