MANAGER – TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A University Degree in Human Resource Management or Marketing Management.
  • Full or part qualification from SLIM /CIM will be an added advantage.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a training coordination, Internship arrangement or employer relations role.
  • Preferred for age below 40.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent public relations (PR) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, training providers, and industry partners.
  • Proficiency in IT applications.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of practical training requirements of the students.
  • Liase with accredited training providers to secure suitable placements for students.
  • Track and monitor student progress during training through regular reporting and supervisor feedback.
  • Manage a centralized job bank to connect students and members with relevant job opportunities.
  • Develop strong networks with industry partners, audit firms, and corporate departments.
  • Ensure timely updates of job postings and maintain an active database of vacancies and employer contacts.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with industry partners to enhance training and employment opportunities.
