MANAGER – TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS
- A University Degree in Human Resource Management or Marketing Management.
- Full or part qualification from SLIM /CIM will be an added advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a training coordination, Internship arrangement or employer relations role.
- Preferred for age below 40.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent public relations (PR) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, training providers, and industry partners.
- Proficiency in IT applications.
- Strong English language proficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of practical training requirements of the students.
- Liase with accredited training providers to secure suitable placements for students.
- Track and monitor student progress during training through regular reporting and supervisor feedback.
- Manage a centralized job bank to connect students and members with relevant job opportunities.
- Develop strong networks with industry partners, audit firms, and corporate departments.
- Ensure timely updates of job postings and maintain an active database of vacancies and employer contacts.
- Build and sustain partnerships with industry partners to enhance training and employment opportunities.
